The meeting will be held in Castro Urdiales, a seaport of northern Spain, in the autonomous community of Cantabria, situated on the bay of Biscay and at the head of a branch railway connected with the Bilbao-Santander line (see map).

The conference venue will be La Residencia, a very recently rebuilt palace. The building has the most advanced audio-visual equipment for conferences and presentations and offers a unique indoors-outdoors environment for both fruitful discussions and relaxing enjoyment.
