The workshop on algebra and geometry 2017 will be held at the Department of Mathematic, Universidad de Extremadura (Badajoz, Spain) from 2 to 9 May 2017.
The field of interest of this edition is closely related with the research lines of the Projects MTM2015-65764-C3-1-P and MTM2014-55367-P that include different problems in relation to the study of affine and numerical semigroups and their applications in various contexts with special emphasis in Information Theory and computation and combinatorial aspects of algebraic geometry (commutative and non-commutative)
