«Global inversion theorems and covering maps of metric spaces».

 Abstract: We first review some classical results about global inversion of smooth mappings between euclidean spaces, Banach spaces and smooth manifolds. We also stress the connection with covering maps. Then we present more recent results about global invertibility of mappings between metric spaces. In particular, we show different versions of the classical Hadamard Integral Condition in the metric setting.
