Del 10 al 11 de mayo de 2022, Prof. Zdenek Dusek de «Institute of
Technology and Business in České Budějovice», República Checa, impartirá
el curso al amparo del programa Erasmus+ titulado “Basic constructions
with homogeneous manifolds”.

El curso tendrá lugar de 12:15 a 13:15 los días 10 y 11 de mayo de 2022 
en el Aula C3A del Edificio Carlos Benítez (Facultad de Ciencias, Badajoz).

Resumen del curso: We introduce the elementary concepts of homogeneity
for a manifold with a geometrical structure. One can often use the
strong algebraic tools in the Lie algebra of the group of
transformations. Another possibility is to work with the the algebra of
infinitesimal transformations, the so-called fundamental vector fields.
We illustrate both these ideas with examples. We shall also introduce a
related natural concept of a homogeneous geodesic and mention some
interesting results.
